Rachel was born in Hackensack, New Jersey. She graduated
from the University of Miami School of Law. Rachel is a member
of the firm's bankruptcy practice group and specializes in
commercial litigation as well as representation of creditors,
trustees, creditors committees and debtors in cases proceeding
under chapters 7, 11, and 13 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.
