Ross was born in Burbank, California. In 1995, he graduated
from the University of Arizona College of Law where he served
as Executive Note Editor for the Arizona Law Review. Ross
is a member of the firm's bankruptcy practice group where
he concentrates in the representation of trustees, creditors,
creditors' committees, and debtors in cases proceeding under
chapters 7, 11, and 13 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.
